Intro:

G Em, Am7 D7, Am7 D7

Verse 1:

G Em
There goes my baby, movin' on down the line,
Am7 D7 Am7 D7
Wonderin' where, wonderin' where, wonderin' where, she is bound?
G Em
I broke her heart, and made her cry.
Am7 D7 Am7 D7
Now I'm alone, so all alone, what can I do, what can I do?

Verse 2:

G Em
(There goes my baby), woah-oh-oh-oh-oh,
Am7
(There goes my baby), yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
D7
(There goes my baby), woah-oh-oh-oh,
Am7 D7
(There she goes), yeah! (There she goes), I wanna know...

Verse 3:

G Em
If she loved me; did she really love me?
Am7 D7
Was she just playing me for a fool? I wonder why...
G Em
She left me; why did she leave me,
Am7 D7 Am7 D7
So all a-lone, so all a-lone? I just wanna tell her...

Verse 5:

G Em
That I love her, and that I need her,
Am7 D7 Am7 D7
Beside my side to be my guide, I wanna know where is...
G
My... (doo-doot-doo-doo-doo-doo),
Em
Where is my baby? (Doo-doot-doo-doo-doo-doo)
Am7 D7 Am7 D7
I want my baby, I need my baby, yeah...

G
Woah-oh-oh... (there goes my baby),
Em
Woah-oh-oh-oh-oh... (there goes my baby).

(Fade)
