Sounds about right. I find it's great when just acoustic too.

VERSE ONE:
E G#m
I get the feeling they got you believing
F#m7 B7
It's better to be loved than left out
E
But it's like you told me
G#m
It's nothing to do with acceptance
F#m7 B7
It's all about escaping
E
Then you heard that there's always someone
G#m
Forget the wrong one
F#m7 B7
Disregard your past
E G#m
But she came with feelings too complex to be amusing
F#m7 B7
You're gonna get in trouble with that
F#m7 B7
You're gonna get in trouble with that
A B7
You're gonna struggle with that.

CHORUS:

A B Emaj7 C#m
And I know I said I needed some time alone
A B Emaj7 C#m
And I know I never seem to pick up the phone
A B Emaj7 C#m
And though you will see me with someone else
F#m7 B7
You were always the one

A B Emaj7 C#m
And I know I said I needed some time alone
A B Emaj7 C#m
And I know I never seem to pick up the phone
A B Emaj7 C#m
And though you will see me with someone else
F#m7 B7
Yeah, you were always the one

VERSE TWO:
E G#m
I get the feeling they got you believing
F#m7 B7
It's better to be loved than left out
E
But yeah, like you told me
G#m
It's nothing to do with acceptance
F#m7 B7
It's all about escaping
E G#m F#m7 B7
I setenced myself now a long long time ago
E
And I hope to be free
G#m
But I guess that you've heard that before
F#m7 B7
So you try and look surprised
A B7
When you find out I lied.

CHORUS:
A B Emaj7 C#m
And I know I said I needed some time alone
A B Emaj7 C#m
And I know I never seem to pick up the phone
A B Emaj7 C#m
And though you will see me with someone else
F#m7 B7
You were always the one

A B Emaj7 C#m
And I know I said I needed some time alone
A B Emaj7 C#m
And I know I never seem to pick up the phone
A B Emaj7 C#m
And though you will see me with someone else
F#m7 B7
Yeah, you were always the one.

F#m7 B7
