Biography:
Superman Is Dead (commonly abbreviated as SID) is a three-piece punk rock / rockabilly band from Bali, Indonesia. Formed in 1995, the band consists of Bobby Kool (vocals, guitars), Eka Rock (bass), and Jerinx (drums).
The name "Superman Is Dead" was derived from Stone Temple Pilots's "Silvergun Superman". The name was modified to "Superman Is Dead" because they liked the idea that there's no such thing as a perfect, invincible person out there.
