Four years of hard work!

This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!

Tab requested by a few others in a certain Forum thread on Ultimate Guitar. I took the chance for the song, and
I must say...it's a nice song. Not very well-known, but it works :) Hope you enjoy

What I noticed with the chords and progressions is, there would be delays between each chord change, almost as
if it were palm mutes or extra notes in-between. I dunno; my ears might be getting worse nowadays.

Strum pattern, as I played it was, repeatedly, : D-D-D-D-DUD-D-D, where the DUD was the transition to the next
chord. That might explain what I heard was "extra notes" instead.

Intro: ( F#m | C#m | D#m | C#m | Bm | F#m | C#m| ) X2 then ( F#m )

Verse: F#m C#m D#m C#m
'Everything is by design.'

Bm F#m C#m
If that doesn't sound like some cryptic line.

F#m C#m D#m C#m
You're taking me for a proverbial ride.

Bm F#m C#m
If my heart wasn't broke you could eat me alive.

Pre-Chorus: F#m Bm
Woah, so sad for me. . .

Bm C#m F#m
Woah, oh baby please, please, please

Chorus: C#m D#m C#m Bm
Say yes, say yes, say you'll never walk alone.

F#m C#m C#m F#m
And watch me break, I shatter on the stone.

C#m D#m C#m Bm
So much for you, so much for this,

F#m C#m F#m
And I taste the bittersweet ignorance of bliss.

Verse: F#m C#m D#m C#m
'If it's meant to be, we'll work it out.'

Bm F#m C#m
Another excuse that I highly doubt.

F#m C#m D#m C#m
If we live our lives by these old cliches,

Bm F#m C#m
we'd better be ready to wait all day.

Pre-Chorus: F#m Bm
Woah, so sad for me. . .

Bm C#m F#m
Woah, oh baby please, please, please

Chorus: C#m D#m C#m Bm
Say yes, say yes, say you'll never walk alone.

F#m C#m C#m F#m
And watch me break, I shatter on the stone.

C#m D#m C#m Bm
So much for you, so much for this,

F#m C#m Bm
And I taste the bittersweet ignorance of bliss.

Bridge: C#m F#m Bm
I've waited all this time for what?

C#m F#m
You'll never change your mind. It

G#m A#m
kills me just to think about the

Bm C#m F#m Fm D#m C#m Bm
things we'll never find out.

Chorus (Toned Down): F#m Fm D#m C#m Bm
Say yes, say yes, say you'll never walk alone.

F#m C#m C#m Bm
And watch me break, I shatter on the stone.

C#m D#m C#m Bm
(I Shatter on the stone) So much for you

F#m C#m C#m F#m
(so much for this) bitter-sweet ignorance of bliss.

Outro: ( C#m | D#m | C#m | Bm | F#m | C#m | F#m | )
