[Intro]
E

C#m A
Every where I go
E
I find folks who really care
C#m A
They seem to know
B
How to sacrifice and share
C#m - B - A
They seem to dream
E
Of the way this world could be
A B
They've got the means
E
To be absolutely free

C#m B
So if your working on your vision
A E
Let me give you all a hand
C#m A E
With your plan, cause I guess that's a part of mine
C#m B
At least I make my own decisions
A E
To be moving while I can
C#m A E
To a land it may take some help to find

[Chorus]
A
I hope you make it to the mountains
E
Maybe we all can met up there
B A E
Before we poisoned all the water and polluted all the air
A
Right Now and love will live together
E
Just wait and see how this world ends, whenever this world ends
B A E
At least whatever happens it's been good to be with friends

C#m A
On a dome so high
E
Or a teepee on the plains
C#m A
If your getting by
B
It's a mansion just the same
C#m - B - A
Maybe your home
E
Is not the kind you can see
A B
So you roam
E
Staying where you wanna be

C#m B
And if you feel its time to stop
A E
Give your weary soul a rest
C#m A E
Share my nest, I've been lonely much too long
C#m B
It's that island in the tropics
A E
It's that horse ranch in the west
C#m A E
Be my guest to the shelter of a song

[Chorus 2]
A
I hope you make it to the mountains
E
Maybe we all will meet up there
B A E
While the silver white life fountain spins her magic in the air
A
Right now and love will live together
E
Just wait and see how this world ends, whenever this world ends
B A E
At least whatever happens, it's been good to be with friends

B A E
At least whatever happens, it's been good to be with friends
