Janie, see how good the sky looks today,

I guess we got born in the wrong time - hid by clouds,
D-Dsus2 C/G-Cmaj7/G
And the Sun - is shining up the end of the road,
G-Gsus2
We don't even know where it goes,
A-Asus2
We're outsiders without even knowing why.

He's acting just as if he knows it all,
A-A7sus4 D-Dsus2
But the seeds of doubt are sown.

Notes.
1. From the promo: "Some of the songs on REWIRED are (more than) thirty years old.
They have stood the test of time. Many of them have never been off the radio for
the last 20 years in Australia. Reconstructing them acoustically allows us to
hear them afresh."
2. This version differs from the original by being a semi-tone lower and the
finger-picked complexity has been simplified. The flat picked arpeggiated chords
are accompanied by a slide-guitar in this REWIRED version.
