--------------------------------------

[Intro]
G C Fmaj7 Fadd9

[Verse 1]
G C Fmaj7 Fadd9
Your truth is of no use to me
G C Fmaj7 Fadd9
No not this time, let me go and let me be
G C Fmaj7 Fadd9
Please don’t bring about the worst in me
G C Fmaj7
Just let me go, . . . let me breathe

G C Fmaj7 Fmaj7
If this was all by my design
G C Fmaj7 Fmaj7
Why's this not more simple now, in time we’ll see why
G C Fmaj7 Fmaj7
We were living too many separate lives
G C Fmaj7
I should let it go, let it lie

[Chorus 1]
C G
So it goes and so it goes
D D
You sill fit me better than Sundays best clothes
C G D
Why nobody knows, oh nobody knows. So it goes

[Verse 2]
G C Fmaj7 Fmaj7
Only using four letter words
G C Fmaj7 Fmaj7
Tangled persuasion both sides left unheard
G C Fmaj7 Fmaj7
Some sense of leaping from a void into a new universe
G C Fmaj7 Fmaj7
So let this be done into the sun

[Chorus 2]
C G
So it goes and so it goes
D D
You sill fit me better than Sundays best clothes
C G D
Why nobody knows, oh nobody knows. So it goes

C G D D
C G D D

[Bridge]
Fmaj C G
So I’m letting go now,
Fmaj C G
If you’re letting go now
Fmaj C G G
Yeah I’m letting go now,
Fmaj C G G
If you think you’re letting go now
Fmaj C G G
Yeah I’m letting go now,
Fmaj C G G
If you think you’re letting go now

[Chorus 3]
C G
So it goes and so it goes
D D
You sill fit me better than Sundays best clothes
C G D
Why nobody knows, oh nobody knows. So it goes

[Outro]
G C Fmaj7 Fmaj7
Your truth is of no use to me
G C Fmaj7
No not this time, let me go and let me be
