Intro - | Em D | A | x2

Em D A
Let's just say I've got My sources
Em D A
For finding things out
Em D A
You really seem to have forgotten
Em D A
This is a mighty small town

Em D A
Eddy and Diamonds
Em D A
Threw caution farther to the wind
Em D A
Than all the dust that's ever blown here
Em D A G ..
And swore to God that it would not come back again

.. | A |

| Em D | A | x2

Em D A
There's no one on the streets now
Em D A
Except for plows and cops
Em D A
I will make no promise
Em D A
If You decide to stay

Em D A
Eddy and Diamonds
Em D A
Always kept their distance to Themselves
Em D A
They came without a warning
Em D A G
And they swore to God that they would tell nobody else
A G A
They would tell nobody..... else

| Em D | A | x4

Em D A
Then someone said that They came
Em D A
To bury Our gold above the ground
Em D A
So every One could place blame
Em D A
On any stranger that might come around

Em D A
Eddy and Diamonds
Em D A
Never carried more than They could keep
Em D A
And just like the dust that settles down here
Em D A
They swore to God that They would never leave

Em D A
Eddy and Diamonds
Em D A
Eddy and Diamonds
Em D A
Eddy and Diamonds
Em D A
Eddy and Diamonds......
