[Intro]

Em G Am C

[Verse 1]

Em G
I was fine right before I met her
Am C
Never hurt and nothing could control me
Em G
You know I tried but I can't regret her
Am C
She's the first, ask anyone who knows me
G Em
Terrified that she'd find my heart and break it
Am C
Paralyzed by the thought of her with someone else

[Chorus]

Em G
I wish I would've known
Em Am
I shouldn't have fallen in love with her
C
It's been nothing but trouble till now
G C
I shouldn't have fallen in love at all
C Am
But I couldn't stop myself
D Em
What gives her the right
Em G
To tear up my life?
G C Am
How dare she be so perfect?
C Am
What did I do to deserve this? (woooh)
Em G
Never let her go
C Am
How dare she be so perfect?

Em G Am C

D Em
(You started the fire)

[Verse 2]

Em G
I haven't cried since the day she left me
Am C
Cause' that would mean that I admit it's over
Em G
I tell myself that she's trying to test me
Am C
She'd never leave, she still needs me to hold her
G Em
Horrified cause' she found my heart and broke it
Am C
Mortified when I picture her with someone else

Em G
I wish I would've known
Em Am
I shouldn't have fallen in love with her
