C Ab
L A lights mm mm never shine quite as bright as
F
in the movies
C
Still want to go
C
There's something here
Ab F
In the way in the way that we're constantly moving
C G
Reminds you of home
F
So you've taken these pills
Ab
For to fill up your soul
C G
And you're drinking them down with cheap alcohol
F Ab
I'd be inclined to be yours for the taken
C G
And part of this terrible mess that you're making
F C
But me I'm the catalyst
C Ab
When you say love mm mm is a simple chemical
F
reaction
C
Can't say I agree
C Ab
Cause my chemical yeah left me a beautiful
F
disaster
C
Still love's all I see
F Ab
So I'm taking these pills for to fill up my soul
C G
And I'm drinking them down with cheap alcohol
F Ab
And you'd be inclined to be mine for the taking
C G
You're part of this terrible mess that I'm making
F C
But you you're the catalyst
F
You'll be the vein
Ab
You'll be the pain
C
You'll be the scar
F Ab
You'll be the road rolling below
C
The wheels of a car
F Ab
And all of the thoughts oh god
C G
Don't know if I'm strong enough now
F
You'll be the vein
Ab
You'll be the pain
C Ab F
You'll be the
C
Catalyst
C Ab
These L A lights no no
F
They don't shine quite as bright as back in Frisco
Ab
Do you want to though
F C
Still want to go
