Biography:
Michael was born in the northern, working class town of Warrington, England. While growing up in St. Catharines Ontario, Canada, he followed his passion to write music and honed his craft by performing throughout Southern Ontario.
He amassed a substantial collection of self-produced recordings which caught the attention of Los Angeles based producer Charlton Pettus. Signing with Pettus’ indie label Town Records in 2008 led to the release of his self-titled CD, Michael Wainwright.
