Biography:
Nicole Simone (born March 18) is an Canadian multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter who performs under the name Late July. Born in Toronto, Ontario she spent her earl years state side in Del Mar, California. After moving back to a suburb of Toronto, she began playing the guitar at the age of 13. She spent all her free time in record stores and is heavily influenced by Pavement, Tom Waits and Jeff Buckley. She is a three time graduate of Seneca College and York University in both arts, music and sociology respectively.
