Biography:
La Trucha was founded in 2000 by it's charismatic singer, Loby (short for "El Lobisón" -"The Werewolf"- ). The rest of the members were Eduardo on bass guitar, Walter on electric guitar, Oscar on keyboards, "El Colorado" on güiro and Dardo on percussion.
The band started to gain popularity in 2001, and by the end of 2002 it was already one of the most renowned bands in the local cumbia scene. Despite being considered as one of the most important bands in the First Wave of Argentine Cumbia Villera
