[Verse 1]
D C G
When I was young my buddies used to call me Jesse James
C D
Living with the hammer down, just trying to beat the train
C G
I'd jump them tracks, don't look back, leave the law behind
C D
A finger out the window while that police siren whines

[Chorus]
D C G
Hey, crazy's something that I know, hell I been to Mexico
C G D
Juarez ain't got nothing on that woman
C G
And fast ain't nothing new to me, I've been to Bristol Tennessee
C G D
Them boys are standing still next to that woman

[Verse 2]
D C G
She's smiling like it's Sunday and she's singing in the choir
C D
Them curves of hers are smokin' and she's trying to start a fire
C G
Yeah, the way she's looking at me I know I should run and hide
C D
Instead I'm thinking hello Bonnie, you can call me Clyde

[Chorus]
D C G
Hey, crazy's something that I know, hell I been to Mexico
C G D
Juarez ain't got nothing on that woman
C G
And fast ain't nothing new to me, I've been to Bristol Tennessee
C G D
Them boys are standing still next to that woman

[Bridge]
A
Yeah, when the good Lord made her, man, He did it mighty well
C G
If he's got something better, must have kept it for Himself
C G D
And I'd walk through hell to be next to that woman

[Instrumental]
(C)|(G) |(G)(C)|(D)

[Verse]
D C G
The freight train never hit me 'cause I made it 'cross the rails
C D
And I never went to prison, 'cause my brother made my bail
D C G
And how she's gonna get me, well I guess it just depends
C D
I haven't seen this movie but I know the way it ends, yeah

[Chorus] (x2)
D C G
Hey, crazy's something that I know, hell I been to Mexico
C G D
Juarez ain't got nothing on that woman
C G
And fast ain't nothing new to me, I've been to Bristol Tennessee
C G D
Them boys are standing still next to that woman
