Bm A
I wouldn't normally be talking like this
G A D
But there's something I think I should say
Bm A
I'm usually the one to resist
G A D
But I want You to tell Me to stay

G A D
You keep Me right on line, yes You do
G A D
You keep Me right on line
G A D Bm
I'll tell You one more time
G A Bm
You keep Me right on line
G A D
You keep Me right on line

Bm A
I used to run around spending all My time
G A D
Just looking for sex and sedition
Bm A
But now You've shown Me what it's really about
G A D
I've got to rethink My position

G A D
You keep Me right on line, yes You do
G A D
You keep Me right on line
G A D Bm
I'll tell You one more time
G A Bm
You keep Me right on line
G A D
You keep Me right on line

Bm A
It takes a lot of wine to cheer up My mind
G A D
And I've drained a few bottles for sure
Bm A
But now I find I'm not so inclined
G A D
To spend so much of My time on the floor

G A D
You keep Me right on line, yes You do
G A D
You keep Me right on line
G A D Bm
I'll tell You one more time
G A Bm
You keep Me right on line
G A D
You keep Me right on line

Bm A
I used to wake with a terrible ache
G A D
And the room was still rocking and reeling
Bm A
But now it seems something's softened My dreams
G A D
And there's even a familiar ceiling

G A D
You keep Me right on line, yes You do
G A D
You keep Me right on line
G A D Bm
I'll tell You one more time
G A Bm
You keep Me right on line
G A D
You keep Me right on line

G A D Bm
I'll tell You one more time
G A Bm
You keep Me right on line
G A G Bm G D
You keep Me right on line............
