[Verse 1]

G Em C G
Come gather round people wherever you roam
G Am C D
And admit that our country don't feel like our home
G Em C G
And that silence speaks louder than those who condone
G Am D
If a tweet to you is worth favin'
D D7 D6 D
The lift up your voices and put down your phones
G C D G
For the times, they are a-changin'

[Verse 2]
G Em C G
Come women and men who hashtag "Me Too"
G Am C D
And believe me when I say that we believe you
G Em C G
For weak is the man who calls truth "fake news"
G Am D
Time's up, our silence we're breaking
D D7 D6 D
And even though Mel Gibson was in Daddy's Home 2
G C D G
Well the times they are a-changin'

[Verse 3]
G Em C G
Come athletes with platforms throughout the land
G Am C D
Who by taking a knee are taking a stand
G Em C G
And before you shout out that they should be banned
G Am D
Listen to what they are saying
D D7 D6 D
Perhaps they'd stand up if you reached out your hand
G C D G
Well the times they are a-changin'

[Verse 4]
G Em C G
Come journalists, writes who report the facts
G Am C D
And brandish your pen to fend off his attacks
G Em C G
Look past what he says and look at how he acts
G Am D
The fire and fury is raging
D D7 D6 D
For his words can hurt, but your words can fight back
G C D G
The times they aren't a fading

[Verse 4]
G Em C G
Come leaders that bully like Internet trolls
G Am C D
We'll vurse you with four-letters words 'love' and 'hope'
G Em C G
For we will go high even when you go low
G Am D
The order is re-arranging
D D7 D6 D
For your jave the power, but we have the vote
G C D G
The times they are a-changin
