G (let ring------------
Shut up, sweetheart,
-----------------------------) C
There's something I need you to hear
G D Dsus G
I can no longer love the same thing I fear
D Em
I can no longer let myself stay close
C G
To the one thing that hurts me the most
D
I will no longer romance the thorn
Em C
Hearts don't need to bleed to know what they're for

G D C D
There'll be no more heartaches
G D Em C
There'll be no more heartaches
Cm G*
for me oh can't you see

G (let ring----------------
I take back my sweetness
---------------------------) C
Cause it's overlooked by your lust

and my songs are unseen
G D Dsus G
because your touch is too tough
D Em
I don't think your hands know how to adore
C G
The subtlety of me anymore
D
I will unfasten myself from your side
Em C
and slip away, as quiet as a sigh

G D C D
There'll be no more heartaches
G D C D
There'll be no more heartaches
Cm G
for me oh can't you see

Em C G
Can't you see, can't you see, oh can't you see
G
what your love's doing to me
Em C G
I need you to know, I need you to know
D Dsus
You've gotta let me go.

G
Beds filled with suspicion
D Em
and hearts filled with spite
C G
We forget our needs and forget our sights
D
Too quick, too quick to hold
Em C
Someone's else's worth over our own

G D C D
There'll be no more heartaches
G D C D
There'll be no more heartaches
G D C D
There'll be no more heartaches
Cm G (slow strum)
For me oh can't you see.

Okay so this was tabbed from an acoustic version off of an Instant Live CD. Since
the album hasn't come out yet I'm not sure if it's going to be different or not.
And I know it LOOKS like a mistake after the first verse where it goes GDCD and
then GDEmC, but that's what she's playing.

G*= a wierd strum pattern she does. This isn't exactly it, but it'll work.
e|---3-3-----3-3--3--|
