Russian Hill – Jellyfish Intro C6x2 Cm6 D5/C Cm6

C6 Cm6
I dreamt about a tranquil Sunday drive,
D5/C Cm6
A sensory lullaby
C6 Cm6
We trade the comics, cartoons and magazines,
D5/C Cm6
for pistons and gasoline
C6 Cm6
We see the road from the bedside, parked under the sunshine,
D5/C Cm6 G
we feel the warmth of the engine so we climb inside and take it to the motorway

D D/C# C G
Watch the clouds turn into faces, it's fun to play
D D/C# C G
Shift the gears for years and age a single day
Bb C6
Until we spill onto Russian Hill

Cm6 D5/C Cm6

C6 Cm6
Past cathedrals filled with God's favourite guests,
D5/C Cm6
dirty hands feel clean when dressed in their Sunday best
C6 Cm6
Treeline village, oh, so heavenly,
D5/C Cm6 G
cross a bridge of gold to landscapes of juniper, only Eden is for millionaires

D D/C# C G
Watch the clouds turn into faces, it's fun to play
D D/C# C G
Shift the gears for years and age a single day
Bb C6
Until we spill onto Russian Hill

Inst

C6 Cm6
I'm pulling through the last stoplight we head home past the shoreline,
D5/C Cm6 G
and through the rear view mirror it all melts away 'til we're helpless

D D/C# C G
Watch the clouds turn into faces, it's fun to play
D D/C# C G
Shift the gears for years and age a single day
D D/C# C G
For like curtains close this sunset matinee
Bb C6
A dream fulfilled on Russian Hill
