Really simple. Jeff plays this with a capo on the 4th fret and the chords shapes are C G
F throughout with some harmonica thrown in.

C G
I dreamed about killing you again last night
F
And it felt alright to me
C G
Dying on the banks of Embarcadero skies
F
I sat and watched you bleed
C G
Buried you alive in a fireworks display
F
Raining down on me
C G
You cold, hot blood ran away from me
F
To the sea

- Harmonica break - same chord sequence-

C G
I painted my name on the back of a leaf
F
And I watched it float away
C G
The hope I had in a notebook full of white, dry pages
F
Was all I tried to save
C G
But the wind blew me back via Chicago
F
In the middle of the night
C
And all without fight
G F
At the crush of veils and starlight

- Harmonica break - same chord sequence-

C
I know I'll make it back
G F
One of these days and turn on your TV
C G
To watch a man with a face like mine
F
Being chased down a busy street
C G
When he gets caught, I wont get up
F
And I wont go to sleep
C G
I'm coming home, I'm coming home
F
Via Chicago

- Harmonica break - same chord sequence-

C
Where the cups are cracked and hooked
G
Above the sink
F
They make me think
C G
Crumbling ladder tears don't fall
F
They shine down your shoulders
C G
And crawling is screw faster lash
F
I blow it with kisses
C G
I rest my head on a pillowy star
F
And a cracked door moon

That says I havent gone too far

C G F

C G
I'm coming home, I'm coming home
F
Via Chicago
C G
I'm coming home, I'm coming home
F

C
Searching for a home
G
Searching for a home
F
Searching for a home

Via Chicago

C G
I'm coming home,
F

- Harmonica break - same chord sequence-
