All of these are of course powerchords, but I put them into major and minor chords, in case
you want to play this song on an acoustic or something.

Intro:
G Am Bm C
Let the C chord ring here and everytime it's played throughout the verse.

G Am
I believe in desperate acts
Bm C
The kind that make me look stupid - look like a fool
G Am Bm
Just keep reinventing myself
C
It's move or die - I change my form
G Am
These days the people I love
Bm C
are spread so far apart - all out of reach
G Am Bm
It's a thin sheet
C
Across the face - cover me now

Pre-Chorus:
Em Bm C Am
That's pretty old
Em Bm C Am
That's pretty oooold
Em Bm
I never felt like this before
C Am
I say that every hour
Em Bm
I never felt like this before
C Am
I say that every hour

G Am Bm
It's never going to be like it could have been
C
Now it's just this room - window looks back
G Am Bm
You're a big part of it
C
But I don't care - you take the lead
G Am Bm
And can you really see me now
C
Like I made me - made me anew
G Am Bm C
Just like anyone else - safer alone

Repeat Pre-Chorus.

Chorus:
G F#/D Em
So right, so wrong
D C
Another winter's coming on
G F#/D Em
You win, you lose
D C
It's the same old news - these things go wrong so often
G F#/D Em
Pick up the phone
D C
And punch your home code
G F#/D Em D C
Somewhere, sometime let me make you mine

G Am Bm
Lean your head on mine
C
Like you used to - used to your lean
G Am Bm C
I don't mind if you're faking it - make it seem real
G Am
I'm not asking the questions
Bm C
I'm not demanding the answers now - take what you give
G Am Bm
Right or wrong, just take me, lead me on
C
I'm going - I'm going

Repeat Chorus. End on C.

So that's it. Pretty simple like most Jawbreaker songs, but amazing nonetheless. Also like
most Jawbreaker songs.
