When I Find Gold

by Isaac Graham
Isaac Graham

Biography:

Folk punk versifier Isaac Graham is proof that the best things start at home. Armed with a Tascam 8-track recorder, an acoustic guitar and an irrepressible DIY ethic, Isaac recorded his debut album ‘Empty Vessels’ in the comfort of his lounge-room. The album, a beguiling mix of punk rock rhythms and strong lyrical narratives in the vein of artists such as Billy Bragg, Paul Kelly and Bruce Springsteen, is the culmination of three years spent honing his song-writing skills and gigging relentlessly.

“When I find gold, oh, I’m gonna be a better man
“When I find gold, oh, I’m gonna be a better man
“When I find gold, oh, I’m gonna be a better man
“When I find gold, oh, I’m gonna be a better man
“When I find gold, oh, I’m gonna be a better man
G C D
When I find gold, yeah, we'll settle down and buy some land

When I find gold, oh, I'm gonna be a better man for sure.”
