So this is my first submission for a song I hope you like it!
If you have ever watched Bonanza this song is by Hoyt Axton and Pernell Roberts. "KEY OF C"

Capo 1

VERSE 1

C
Well every road I see

G C
Leads away from me
G
There's not a single one that leads me home
F
All the roads keep saying friend,
C
Come see what's 'round the bend
G C
So is it any wonder that I roam?

VERSE 2

C
All the places I have been
G C
Keep calling me back again
G
Down in the pines I hear the cold wind blow
F
My heart keeps telling me
C
Footloose and Fancy-Free,
G C
But the road goes by and it's calling me as it goes.

BRIDGE

F
Well maybe somewhere there's a someone
C G
Waiting there with a smile
F
And maybe there'll be someplace
C G
I can stop and rest awhile
F
Cause maybe you weren't meant to be
C G
Just a rolling stone
C
And there's a road to travel on
G C
That leads you back to home.

VERSE 3

C
Oh, but I'l keep traveling on
G C
Keep looking at the dawn
G -------------Repeat last
Till I can lay this lonesome body down! 4 lines
F
And when that day has come
C
I never more will roam
G C
And every road I see will lead me home.
