First tab, so take it easy on me.
The Chorus might be a bit off, but the rest is right.
Listen to the song for strumming, overall not a difficult song.

Intro: E B F#m

E B F#m
Oh you delicate heart
E B F#m
Sometimes it feels hard to live
E B F#m
The rain keeps on falling so hard
E B F#m
I forgot that I had some to give

E B F#m
Oh you delicate heart
E B F#m
Remind all the guards on your hill
E B F#m
That a love that comes by might be true
E B F#m
As true as the mountains are still

F#m
And I'm sure
Gm B
The darkness defines where the light is
Gm
And takes all our prayers
B F#m
Oh but You, You, will still be true

E B F#m
Oh you delicate heart
E B F#m
There's deep enough wells for our tears
E B F#m
When we break ourselves carelessly
Through
E B F#m
A tumbling down of our fears

F#m
And I'm sure
Gm B
The darkness defines where the light is
Gm
And takes all our prayers
B F#m
Oh but You, You, will still be true
