[Verses]
E7
Got a silver Eldorado sittin' just outside the door.
She'll burn a little rubber, if you put her to the floor.
A7
Times are getting tough so we don't run much anymore
D A E7
Look out son it's a long way down

E7
Girls all use to love me, I was all the rage you see.
Till, my lofty diposition finally got the best of me.
A7
Now I sit here in the evening alone as I can be.
D A E7
Look out son is a long way down.

E7
Remember my amigos you are talking to a man
who has lived a whole lot longer than anybody planned.
A7
So as I stand here before with the past at my comand,
D A E7
Look out son, it's a long way down.

[Chorus]
A
Ain't no sitting on the fence when it comes to truth or consequience.
B
There's just some things there ain't no way around.
E7
Look out son its a long way down.
