[Intro]
C G
Hey DJ
Em D
Hey Sunset
C G
Hey Full Moon creeping up over them pines in
Em D
The distance
C G
Hey summer breeze
Em D
Hey two lane road
C G
I gotta girl that means the world to me
Em D
And if you wanna help me let her know

[Chorus]
Em C
Gimme something she can dance to, throw up her hands to
G D
Running through her hair falling down
Em C
Gimme something that'll take her breath away
G D
And make her think that heavens right here, right now
Em C
Something that'll get those eyes looking at me like,
G D
she's falling harder than the stars tonight
Em C D
Anything to turn the space that's in between us into nothing
C G Em D
C'mon gimme something

[Verse 1]
C G Em D
Yeah ‘Cause if it's the right song and just the right light
C G
That circle in the sky won't be the
Em D
Only thing getting high tonight, nah
C G Em D
I don't need much but I'm counting on you
C
To set the mood with the groove and a
G Em D
hell of a view, so I can make my move

[Chorus]
Em C
Gimme something she can dance to, throw up her hands to
G D
Running through her hair falling down
Em C
Gimme something that'll take her breath away
G D
And make her think that heavens right here, right now
Em C
Something that'll get those eyes looking at me like,
G D
she's falling harder than the stars tonight
Em C D
Anything to turn the space that's in between us into nothing
C G Em D
C'mon gimme something, yeah
C G Em D
Oh, c'mon gimme something, yeah

[Bridge]
C G
I get to pick it up and drive it out to finding that spot nobody knows
Em
So, c'mon, c'mon don't let me down
D
I don't wanna take her home

[Chorus]
Em C
Gimme something she can dance to, throw up her hands to
G D
Running through her hair falling down
Em C
Gimme something that'll take her breath away
G D
And make her think that heavens right here, right now
Em C
Something that'll get those eyes looking at me like,
G D
she's falling harder than the stars tonight
Em C D
Anything to turn the space that's in between us into nothing
C G Em D
C'mon gimme something
C G Em D
C'mon, gimme something, yeah
