it took me a while to tab this out, so please rate it. let me know what you think.
for reference, i took the time to place the chords above their corresponding words, to help
out. hope it helps.

standard tuning, but put a capo on the 2nd fret; all chords relative to capo.

chords used:

E 022100
G# 046600
C#? 066400
A 577600
Bm 024400
Esus 002200
F# 244300
B 799800
G 355400

(verse I)

E G# C# A
I hung your picture on the wall, and that's all it is

E G# C# A
I break my fingers to make a call, and that's all it is

E G# C# A
I know you're livin' way out west and I don't think that I

E G# C#/A/C#
confessed everything I feel

(Verse II)

E G# C# A
You say you got no faith in things that you can't see

E G# C# A
Well I'm sorry I ain't there with you, but you ain't here with me

E Bm
And I'm down in all my fears

Esus E (leading into the next part)
But I ain't cryin' no tears over you......

(Chorus) **depending on the version you're listening to, he either strums Bm and Esus
this part, or he picks it. you choose. if you pick it, just kinda play around with it
it sounds right**

E Bm Esus
'Cause everything's wrong

E
Well it's all right

Bm Esus
Everything's wrong

E (leading back into next verse)
Well it's all right

(Verse III)

E G# C# A
You said that this is crazy, you're a half a world away

E G# C# A
Well I'm sitting and I'm thinking but I didn't know what to say

E Bm Esus
So I said something I can't touch, I always want way too much

Anyway...

(Chorus)

E Bm Esus
'Cause everything's wrong

E
Well it's all right

Bm Esus
Everything's wrong

E
Well it's all right

(Bridge)

chords:

E, F#, A, E (x2)
then E, F#, A, B, A, G, F#, E

**basically, when you're playing this part, you're just sliding up and back down the
playing the chords. you don't move the positioning of your fingers at all**

(Verse IV)

E G# C# A
I hung your picture on the wall, but that's all it is

E G# C# A
I break my fingers to make a call and that's all it is

E G# C# A
I know you're livin' way out west...Don't get me wrong I'm not

E Bm Esus
impressed with you no more

**and then come up with some fun, little ending**
