[Verse 1]

G C/A C
Lover your head is down your eyes are on the floor

No matter what we give it leaves us wanting more

For all the restless hours and empty afternoons
G C/A C
For all the faded flowers of dreams we spoke too soon
Em C G C
Well you, you know which way to go

[Chorus 1]

Am
But there’s no harbor here
C
There’s only danger near
Em D C
Cliffs above and rocks below
Am
And though I want you close

This light can only glow

To warn you far away from shore
