Eddie Rabbitt - I Don't Know Where to Start
I Don?t Know Where To Start

[D]I stopped by to look around
for [Bm]things I left beh[G]ind
With the [D]years we spent tog[E7]ether,
there?s no [G]telling what I'll [A]find

It?s not the [D]keys or the records,
it?s the [Bm]love I?m looking [G]for
Cause the [D]last time that I [E7]had it,
I was [A]walking out your [D]door

And [D] I came by to get some things
I [Bm] used to call [G] my own
I didn?t [D]think I?d need [E7]?em
when I [G] started out [A] alone

It?s not the [D]books or the records
but my [Bm]heart I?m looking [G]for
Cause the [D] last time that I [E7]felt
I was [A]walking out your [D]door

Chorus:
But [D]I don?t know where to [G]start
looking [A7]for a lonely [D]heart
Oh I could [Bm]tear this place [E7]apart
if you won?t [A7]mind it

On a [D]shelf behind a [G]book,
in the [A7]closet on a [D]hook
If you'd [Bm]only help me [E7]look
I know I?d [A7]find [D]it

I [D] stopped in to tell you
that there [Bm] isn't any [G] doubt
That the [D]things I left here [E7]?here with you
are the things [G] I can't live with [A] out

You can [D] keep all that I have ever owned,
it's the [Bm]love I?m looking [G]for
Cause the [D] last time that [E7]I felt it
I was [A]walking out your [D]door

But [D]I don't know where to [G]start
looking [A7]for a lonely [D]heart
Oh I could [Bm]tear this place [E7]apart
if you won't [A7]mind it

On a [D]shelf behind a [G]book,
in the [A7]closet on a [D]hook
If you'd [Bm]only help me [E7]look
I know I?d [A7]find [D]it
