This song is a nice little tune to listen to while strolling down memory lane. :) Adam,
al-face, of course miss Courtney J... good times, good times. Adam I know you'll end up
sometime tryin to learn this song. So, I hope you put it to use. =)

Dmaj7 E7(no3rd) G5
So this is odd,

Dmaj7 E7(no 3rd) G5
the painful realization that has all gone wrong.

Dmaj7 E7(no3rd) G5
And nobody cares at all,

Dmaj7 E7(no3rd) G5
and nobody cares at all.

D5 Dsus2 D
So you buried all your lover's clothes

Gmaj7 G5 Gmaj7 G5
and burned the letters lover wrote,

Esus2 E5 Em Esus2
but it doesn't make it any better.

Gmaj7 G5 Gmaj7 G5
Does it make it any better?

D5 Dsus2 D
And the plaster dented from your fist

Gmaj7 G5 Gmaj7 G5
in the hall where you had your first kiss

Esus2 E5 Em Esus2
G5 Gmaj7 G5
reminds you that the mem - o - ries will--- fade.

Dmaj7 E7(no3rd) G5
So this is strange,

Dmaj7 E7(no3rd) G5
our sidestepping has come to be a brilliant dance

Dmaj7 E7(no3rd) G5
where nobody leads at all,

Dmaj7 E7(no 3rd)
where nobody leads at all. G5

D5 Dsus2 D
And the picture frames are facing down

Gmaj7 G5 Gmaj7 G5
and the ringing from this empty ---- sound

Esus2 E5 Em Esus2 Gmaj7
G5
is deafening and keeping you from sleep.

D5 Dsus2 D
And breathing is a foreign task

Gmaj7 G5 Gmaj7 G5
and thinking's just too much to ask

Esus2 E5 Em Esus2
G5 Gmaj7 G5
and you're measuring your minutes by a -- clock that's blinking eights.

D5 Dmaj7
This is incredible.

D6 D
Starving, insatiable,

G/B Bm Cadd2 Csus2
yes, this is love for the first time.

D5 D6 D
Well you'd like to think that you were invincible.

Dsus4 G/B Bm Cadd2 Csus2
D5 Dmaj7 D6
Yeah, well weren't we all once before we felt loss for the first time?

D G/B Bm Cadd2
Well this is the last time.

Csus2
This is the last time... This is the last time.

This is the last time.
