In March 1999 Damien moved to Tuscany, then travelled around Europe, busking the streets. He arrived back in Dublin a year later, with a clear head and full of ideas. Damien started playing and recording music with his first band, Juniper. After a few years he decided creatively it was not for him so he left the band (Newly named Bell X1) to start a solo career.

==INTRO==
Am F Dm G (x2)

==VERSE==
Am F Dm
You're not on my mind, you know that's a lie
G Am
But I have been over-thinking again
F Dm
But not 'cause of you, you know that's not true
G Am
Nothing I'm saying makes any sense
F Dm
I'm not losing faith, just don't relate
Gsus4 G Am
Don't do so well with waiting around
F Dm
So just let me know, do I hold or let go?
Gsus4 G
Please do something

==CHORUS==
Am F
'Cause all I hear are your camarillas
Dm G
Compliment the nonsense you're needing
Am F
And colour in the feelers
Dm G Gsus4 G
Rub you all with rubber love

==VERSE==
Am F Dm
But they don't care, that's not fair, I am aware
G Am
I've punched up your private parties and more
F Dm
Here I go again, dissing your friends
Gsus4 G Am
But you've done the same, but that's in the past
F Dm
There's no one to ask, how long this will last
G Am
I've shaved this silence, but it keeps growing back
F Dm
So let it grow a beard, and everyone cheers
G
'Cause freedom is wild, and it means it but...

==CHORUS==
Am F
Your camarillas
Dm G
Compliment the nonsense you're needing
Am F
And colour in the feelers
Dm G Gsus4 G
Rub you all with rubber love

==OUTRO==
Am
I don't mean to be rude
F
I'm not in a mood
Dm
And even if I was
Gsus4 G Am
Surely that's only human
F
Better let it out
Dm
A quick scream and shout
G
Maybe that's just how we're different
