[Verse]
Am
It's like I don't even know myself
C
I wish I had a clue
G F
What's going on inside this head of mine when I'm alone with you
Am
I've come to peace with the feeling
C
That I'm hopelessly in love with you
G F G Am
And all adoring features making you a dream come true

Am
I am lost in a vision
C
I'm a fool in many ways
G F
But I can't wait for time to pick me up and sweep away my days
Am
If only time keeps us lovers
C
Let us figure out the grief
G F G Am
And leave us living out our days in ways of comfort and relief

[Chorus]
F
Come sad season
Am
Oh come and bring it on
G F
My heart is steady as tree and I'll be fighting till you're gone
F
Come mad reason
Am
Oh come and lead me on
G F G Am
My feet are heavy on the ground my mind is high up in the sun

[Verse]
Am
I am down in the distant
C
I'm a sailor on the seas
G F
For every minute of the hour of the day of every week
Am
I drift away but I will be back
C
To tell it in your name
G F G Am
How you're the apple of my eye how I was blind before you came

Am
Don't you know I was a broken record
C
Played to many times
G F
I wish that I could be your favorite novel read between the lines
Am
I've been told that really
C
Wasn't made to be in we
G F G Am
But I can tell that I was made for you and you were made for me

[Chorus]
F
Come sad season
Am
Oh come and bring it on
G F
My heart is steady as tree and I'll be fighting till you're gone
F
Come mad reason
Am
Oh come and lead me on
G F G Am
My feet are heavy on the ground my mind is high up in the sun

[Bridge]
F
Come bright future
C
Come children come July

Our home and place to rest
