By:
Chris Isaak & The Silvertones

Intro:
E F# E F#
Flowers and Gardens, abandoned from view.
E Bm F#
Cry for their love, like I do.

Verse 1:
F#
People throw their love to whisper, think of all the boys who've kissed her.
F#
But to me it doesn't matter they, fade away, they fade away.
F#
Fade away.

Verse 2:
F#
When we meet we fell together, now she's gone I can't forget her.
F#
Love is chance but time won't let her, fade away and fade away.
F#
Fade away, fade away.

Guitar Solo: F# all the way through!

Verse 3:
Bm E F#
Alot of flowers in this world are never seen.
Bm E F#
I wanna hold you love, I wanna win your love for me.
F#
Fade away.
F#
For me there was no sunshine, for me there was no rain.
F#
For me until I meet you, every day was the same.
F# Bm-E-F Bm-E-F
Fade away, fade away, fade away.
F#
Fade away, fade away, fade away, fade away.
F#
Fade, fade, fade, fade away
F#
Fade......away, fade away, fade away, fade away, fade away, fade away.

Simple song but yet scarringly to the point. Not reall sure the Bm chord is
the right name or not so I'll include the infamous chord diagram below. The
intro. can almost be dupped by arpeggiating the F# chord and adding the 2nd
fret of the high E string with it. And since he dosen't really get any praise
compared to da I-Man I've got to say what's up to Johnny "Nighttrain" Reno!
And now for a bit of publicity: You still need more of Chris in your life?
Check out the "Unoffical Chris Isaak & The Silvertone Homepage", they got
everything you could possiably want to know about the main man and his band,
exclusive photos, interviews, special appearence information, and many
exclusive tab files that are only available here. Yes that means you can't
get them anywhere else on the net! The address is:
