The Meercats
The Meercats were formed in Lansing, MI during the summer of 2006. In 2007 they began playing live shows. They recorded around 150 songs between 2006 and 2008 with various different line-ups until Matt moved away from Lansing in 2008. The remaining members occasionally played live until 2009, when they decided to go on an indefinite hiatus. They released four full lengths, Skeet Surfin' (2006), For The Halibut (2007), Outlast The Basilisk (2007), and Bear Creek (2010).
