La banda se formó en el año 1979 en Toronto y su vocalista era Freddy Curci, el guitarrista Steve de Marchi, el teclista Arnold Lanni, el bajista Wolf Hassel y el baterista Rob Elliot.
Solo publicaron un álbum (llamado también Sheriff) en 1982 que alcanzó a estar en el Top 40 de Canadá con la canción You Remind Me y alcanzaron el número 1 en ese mismo país y el 61 en los Estados Unidos (1983) con When I'm with You (en idioma español Cuando estoy Contigo).
