Formados en 1996 en Bayonne (Francia), cuenta en la actualidad con la siguiente formación: Joe Duplantier (voces y guitarras), Christian Andreu (guitarras), Jean-Michel Labadie (bajo) y Mario Duplantier (batería).
Tras publicar cuatro demos bajo el nombre de godzilla,"victim"(1996),"possessed"(1997) “Saturate” (1999) y “Wisdom Comes” (2000), publicaron su primer álbum en el mismo 2000: “Terra Incognita”. Poquito a poco, fuero consiguiendo un nombre en la escena underground.
