Luis Aguilar is known in Mexico as one of the actor/singers of the Golden Era 50's. He starred in many Spanish movies,mostly "Rancheras". He is known as "El Gallo Giro" (The Black and White fighting Rooster)
His style of singing was all his own. He represents the style of Mexican cowboys known in Mexico as "Charro"
