Los miembros son los raperos jamaicanos Courtney Dean, St Patrick Williams y Richard Wayne Williams conocido como Ranking Richie.
A ellos se les unen diferentes vocalistas como Kim Sanders, Lori Glori, Gina Mohammed y Sandra Steinborn.
Loft está producido por DMP (Michael Eisele y Dietmar Stehle).
La formación lanzó numerosos singles en la década de los 90 tales como "Hold On", "Summer Summer", "Love Is Magic", "Mallorca" o "Wake The World".
