Leonchalon se formo en el año 2007, en un cumpleaños de Artifex, el cantante. Al principio arreglaban para juntarse una vez por semana a ensayar covers de Bob Marley y Lumumba. basicamente podriamos definir su estilo musical como una combinacion entre new roots, ragga, dancehall y hip hop.
