I vs. I

I vs. I is a Slovenian thrash/metalcore band formed in 2007 in Maribor. In 2009 the band has released a high-quality demo album called Die-verse. In early 2003 in Slovenia, Maribor guitarists Aleš Mauric, Luka Novak, Žiga Duh and drummer Matija Godec formed a band named Deadlock. The Band played cover versions of Metallica, Iron Maiden, The Offspring... Later same year David Cucek joined as the band's bass player. In 2004 vocalist Tim Kores joined in.
