Famosa serie del Reino Unido propiedad la BBC, cuyos orígenes se remontan a 1963 y que continuó, salvo ciertos períodos sin realizarse, hasta día de hoy, lo que le ha hecho ganar el récord Guinnes a la serie de mayor duración de la historia de la televisión mundial.
La serie trata sobre un alienígena de una especie llamada Señores del Tiempo, de su nave, la T.A.R.D.I.S. (Time And Relative Dimensions In Space), capaz de viajar en el tiempo y el espacio.
