A finales del año 2003, nace esta banda, conformada por los integrantes de NadaConocido y Nicolás Parra, quien se encontraba realizando un proyecto alternativo en una banda junto a Adriano Vera e Ignacio Ramírez, de NadaConocido (Donde se encontraban además, Cristóbal Watkins y Mauricio Ossa).
