403 is a Japanese heavy metal band (as well as the leader's name) that sings mostly in English and appear to be heavily influenced by the power metal genre. 403 (Kazuki) started producing music in March of 2000 based in Tochigi Prefecture. They self-release on their own label "Team-7" managed by Tetsushi Watanabe (1024).
Several of their songs are titled after heavenly bodies and effects such as the Northern Lights, Polar Star (North Star), and the Southern Cross.
